BIOLWINE is last born of BIOL family. After BIOL International Prize, BIOLMIEL and BIOLFISH, BIOLWINE was born to enhance the organic wines of quality.

BIOLWINE will be an association between wine producers and C.I.BI. , Consorzio Italiano per il Biologico, to promote the knowledge and the consumption of the organic wine and more generally the organic culture and to give consultancy, technical and planning support to producers.

BIOLWINE has been planned in a delicate moment for the organic oenology, that is during a heated discussion in the UE office on the new disciplinary and obviously on the main rules that will guide the development of this sector in the future. For this reason the first activity of BIOLWINE technicians is to give updated information about the new disciplinary and all solutions for the production of high quality organic wine. BIOLWINE makes consultancy also for planning, the participation to public advertisement, the realization of promotional events, in Italy and abroad.
