Biofach is the World Organic Trade Fair and is held in Nuremberg (Germany) every year in February.
The event, under the patronage of IFOAM, brings together about 2,000 exhibitors, 2/3 of whom come from abroad. Biofach is distinguished by its internationality and innovative power and applies strict admission criteria to guarantee the high quality of the products on display. The Biol Prize collaborates with its Olive Oil Bar where experts tasters promote the varied and rich culture of organic extravirgin olive oils.
